The following Terms & Conditions govern all bookings made with Travel Masala, having its office at Jaipur, by individual travelers and groups (“Travelers”) seeking to avail themselves of Travel Masala’s services, whether directly or through Travel Masala’s agents or associates in other countries.
By making a booking with Travel Masala, Travelers consent to these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them.
Payment Policy
For bookings made within 30 days of the scheduled tour commencement date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Deposit Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price must be paid to Travel Masala at the time the Traveler agrees to the proposed tour arrangements.
Final Payment:
The remaining balance of 70% of the total tour price must be paid no later than 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour.
Bookings Within 30 Days:
For bookings made within 30 days of the scheduled tour commencement date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Agreement
At Travel Masala, we act as a dedicated ground tour operator, responsible for managing daily travel arrangements, including hotel bookings, meals, transportation, and other travel-related services. The total cost of these services is communicated to the customer in advance.
Our services are fully customizable and tailored to meet the specific requirements of each traveler. By confirming a booking with Travel Masala, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed all relevant information regarding the services, pricing, and associated terms. This agreement reflects the customer’s complete acceptance of the proposed itinerary and terms, including the policies on amendments, cancellations, and payments.
Customers are expected to use Travel Masala’s services strictly for legal tourism or business travel purposes. Travel Masala does not engage with individuals or organizations involved in unlawful or prohibited activities under Indian or international law.
Evacuation & Emergencies
As a travel service provider, Travel Masala coordinates with third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, transportation providers, and guides. While we strive for excellence, we do not have direct control over the performance of these third parties. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for:
- Delays or changes in the itinerary caused by natural disasters, political unrest, accidents, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Additional expenses incurred due to weather conditions, sickness, or other untoward incidents.
- Loss, injury, or property damage arising from causes beyond our control.
In the event of an emergency, Travel Masala will provide all possible assistance to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, including evacuation support and alternate arrangements.
Health & Insurance
Travel Masala assumes no responsibility for the health or physical condition of its travelers. Customers are encouraged to disclose any medical conditions or dietary requirements that could impact their travel experience.
We strongly recommend that travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected expenses, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen costs.
Limitation of Liability
Travel Masala collaborates with a network of third-party service providers to deliver the components of your tour. We cannot be held responsible for:
- Any personal injury, death, damage, loss, accident, or delays caused by third-party suppliers.
- Situations where flights, tours, or other services booked through third-party agents cannot be refunded, cancelled, or rescheduled due to itinerary changes.
Law & Jurisdiction
Travel Masala operates under the jurisdiction of [Insert Country/State], and any disputes arising from bookings or services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Insert City/Country].
