Cancellation Policy

 

1. 1. Cancellation by the Traveler:
      

       

      • • If the Traveler cancels the booking, the following cancellation fees will apply:
          

           

          • • Cancellation before 45 days of booking date: 30% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 70% payment will be refundable.   

              Cancellation before 30 days of booking date: 50% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 50% payment will be refundable.   

              Cancellation before 15 days of booking date: 75% of the total tour price will be charged as cancellation and the 25% payment will be refundable.   

              Cancellation before 7 days of booking date: Non refundable and full payment will be charged as cancellation charges. 

1. 1. Cancellation by Travel Masala:
      

       

      • • Travel Masala reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid will be provided to the Traveler.

Amendments to Bookings

 

• • Any changes or amendments to confirmed bookings must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes and the time at which the changes are requested.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the Traveler to ensure they possess valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Travel Masala will not be held responsible for any delays or losses arising from improper documentation.
